My husband loves the Gard Pro watch. It was easy to set up and provides excellent information on Heart Rate, Blood pressure etc. he references it regularly.
Keeps me on track with my steps, its amazing, tells me how many hour n minutes I have slept,blood pressure, heart rate. Able to answer calls and other awesome gadgets. I dont what I would do with out my pro guard.

I have a Garmin Venu Sq which is the bottom of the range Garmin sports watch and looks very similar to my Guard Pro Fit watch. The Guard Pro is way more user friendly, not to mention a better price. I love how you do not need to press a button at the start of a walk or run, which 9 times out of 10 I forget to do with my Garmin. It works just as well and has all the same functions which is a win win all round.
