Refund policy
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gardpro.com before sending anything back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
You must also provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email).
Items returned without prior authorisation or without the return form will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To request a return, email support@gardpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send you:
- A return form
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Returns sent without approval or without the return form will be declined.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
The refund will include the product price only. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@gardpro.com.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item using the process above and place a new order for the item you want.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs where applicable.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or repair as appropriate. If neither is possible, a full refund will be issued, including original delivery costs.
7. Right to Cancel
For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (United Kingdom) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (European Union), you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this statutory right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within the 14-day cancellation period.
