How to change your watchface

  • On your watch: press and hold the home screen for 3 seconds → swipe left or right → tap to confirm

  • In the app: open GloryFit → DeviceWatch face → choose a design → tap Sync to device

Een training starten

Train bewust. Meet slim. Presteer beter.

Met de Health Smartwatch 2 van Gard Pro start je in enkele seconden een volledige training — vanaf je pols of via de GloryFit-app. Kies je sport, stel je doel in, en laat je smartwatch de rest doen. Elke stap, minuut en meter wordt automatisch opgeslagen voor latere analyse.

Training starten via je smartwatch:

  1. Ontgrendel je smartwatch
  2. Veeg naar rechts in het hoofdmenu
  3. Selecteer een sportactiviteit uit de lijst
  4. Tik op het afspeelicoon om te starten
  5. Om te stoppen, veeg opnieuw naar rechts en tik op de stopknop

Na afloop worden je gegevens automatisch gesynchroniseerd met de GloryFit-app onder het tabblad Sport.

Training starten via de GloryFit-app:

  1. Open de GloryFit-app
  2. Tik op Sport in het hoofdmenu
  3. Voeg via het ‘+’-icoon je favoriete sporten toe (maximaal 4)
  4. Tik op GO om te starten
  5. Stop je sessie wanneer je klaar bent

Tik op het doel-icoon links van de GO-knop om je voorkeuren in te stellen. Je ontvangt automatisch een melding zodra je je doel hebt bereikt.

Training pauzeren en stoppen

Wil je je training onderbreken of afronden?

Op het horloge:

  • Veeg naar rechts tijdens de sessie
  • Tik op het pauze- of stopicoon
  • De training wordt opgeslagen zodra je bevestigt

In de app:

  • Tik op Stop of sluit de sessie via het scherm
  • Je sessie wordt automatisch opgeslagen
  • De samenvatting verschijnt onder jouw sportcategorie

Vergeet niet te synchroniseren om al je data in de app zichtbaar te maken.

Na afloop van elke training kun je jouw resultaten bekijken in de GloryFit-app.

Stappenteller

De Health Smartwatch 2 van Gard Pro registreert al je stappen — automatisch en nauwkeurig.
Of je nu een korte wandeling maakt of de hele dag in beweging bent, elke stap telt mee in je dagelijkse doel.

Voor het correct meten van afstand en route gebruikt de smartwatch de GPS van je smartphone.
Hiervoor is het belangrijk dat de GloryFit-app altijd toegang heeft tot je locatie — zelfs als je scherm uit staat.

Zo stel je dit correct in (Android / iOS):

  1. Ga op je smartphone naar Instellingen

  2. Open Apps > GloryFit

  3. Tik op Locatie

  4. Kies Altijd toestaan

Zo weet je horloge exact hoeveel meter je hebt afgelegd — ongeacht je schermstatus.

Je stappendoel aanpassen

Standaard staat het dagelijkse stappendoel op 8.000 stappen.
Wil je hoger mikken? Of rustig opbouwen? In de GloryFit-app pas je dit eenvoudig aan.

Zo werkt het:

Step-by-step guide to adjusting:

  1. Check the arrows
  2. There are arrows on the back of the links that indicate the direction of pressure.
  3. Place the band in the adjustment tool
  4. Make sure the arrow is pointing towards the tool pin.
  5. Slowly turn the knob
  6. The pin will be pushed out — pull it out completely.
  7. Remove links on both sides
  8. This will keep your band symmetrical and comfortable.
  9. Replace the links
  10. Push the pin back in against the direction of the arrow. Use a soft hammer if necessary.
  11. Test the band
  12. ✔ Is it secure and comfortable? Then you're done.
  13. ✖ Too tight or too loose? Repeat the steps.

  • The smartwatch is IP68 certified: suitable for hand washing, rain, and light perspiration
  • Not suitable for: diving, saunas, hot water, or swimming in the sea
  • After sports or perspiration, rinse the watch with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft cloth
  • Avoid contact with chlorine, salt, or soap: this can damage the coating or sensor.

2. Cleaning – clear view, fresh use

Cleaning the watch case:

  • Use a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth
  • For stubborn dirt: add a small amount of mild soap to lukewarm water

Cleaning the strap:

  • Silicone strap: rinse under water, using a soft brush if necessary
  • Leather strap: wipe dry, do not use water
  • Metal strap: clean with a cloth, dry thoroughly after contact with water
