This guide shows you step by step how to get started: from attaching the band to connecting with the app. So you see what matters — and build on it every day.

Step 1 – Attach the Band

• Remove both band pieces from the packaging
• Turn the smartwatch over – you’ll see small sliders at the connection points
• Slide the pin of each band piece into the slot until you hear a click
• Pull gently to check both sides are secure
• A well-attached band prevents loosening while wearing; check this regularly

Step 2 – Charging

• Connect the included magnetic charging cable to a USB port (do not use fast chargers or high-power adapters¹)
• Magnetically attach the back of the smartwatch to the charger
• The display lights up automatically — charging has started
• Full charge takes about 90 minutes
• Battery life: up to 15 days with normal use²
• Always use the original charging cable for safe and efficient charging

Step 3 – Install the GloryFit App

• Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Search for “GloryFit”
• Download and install the app

The GloryFit app is your digital dashboard: set goals, manage settings, and view activity and recovery trends.
Synchronize your watch regularly to store data safely.

Step 4 – Pair Your Smartwatch with Your Phone

• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
• Open the GloryFit app
• Enter your email address and tap ‘Get Captcha’
• Enter the verification code sent to your email
• Tap ‘Login’ and complete your profile

After registration:
• Tap ‘Select Device’
• Choose your model: Health Smartwatch 3
• Follow the on-screen instructions
• The Bluetooth connection saves automatically and stays active as long as Bluetooth is on and permissions are granted³

Calls and Notifications

Follow these steps to set up notifications and calls.

Step 1 – Open the GloryFit App

• Open GloryFit on your phone
• Check if the Health Smartwatch 3 is connected via Bluetooth
• Tap the ‘Device’ tab at the bottom
• From this menu, you manage all smartwatch settings

Step 2 – Enable Notifications via ‘App’

• Tap ‘App’ (or ‘APP Reminder’ on Android)
• A list of available apps appears (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, etc.)
• Switch on the apps you want notifications from
• Notifications appear on your smartwatch as soon as the connection is active

Step 3 – Enable Calls

In the GloryFit app:
• Go to the ‘Device’ tab
• Tap ‘Call’
• Allow permission for call access
Without this, you won’t receive incoming calls on your smartwatch

On the smartwatch itself:
• Swipe down on the watch display
• Tap the phone icon
• Ensure ‘receive calls’ is switched on

To make calls from your smartwatch:
• Swipe right
• Tap ‘Phone’
• Choose a contact, browse call history, or enter a number manually

Step 4 – Add Contacts (Bluetooth Calls)

• In the ‘Device’ tab, go to ‘Bluetooth Call Settings’
• Enable the function
• Allow permission for contacts access
• Add up to 70 favorite contacts manually
Incoming calls now show the caller’s name — you can answer or decline directly

Step 5 – Enable Do Not Disturb (Optional)

Sometimes you need quiet. Focus. Recovery. You decide when to allow or block interruptions.

For accurate distance and route, the watch uses your phone’s GPS. Make sure GloryFit always has location access — even with the screen off.

How to enable GPS access

  • On your phone, open Settings

  • Go to Apps > GloryFit

Adjusting Your Step Goal

By default, the goal is set at 8,000 steps. You can increase or decrease this in the GloryFit app.

Adjusting a Metal Band

The stainless steel bands of the Health Smartwatch 3 combine luxury with durability. A proper fit is essential for comfort and accurate readings. With the included adjustment tool, you can resize the band yourself.

Band size & wrist circumference

  • 41 mm model – 20 mm band / 14–21 cm wrist

  • 48 mm model – 22 mm band / 16–24 cm wrist

Steps to adjust a metal band

  • Check the arrows – On the back of the links, arrows show pin direction

  • Place the band in the adjustment tool – Make sure the arrow faces the tool pin

  • Turn the knob slowly – The pin will slide out; remove it fully

  • Remove links on both sides – Keeps the band balanced and comfortable

  • Reattach links – Insert the pin back against the arrow direction; use a soft hammer if needed

  • Test the fit – If it feels too tight or too loose, repeat the steps
