It is water proof and it has blood pressure monitor. Good for outdoor use as it looks heavy duty, hopefully it will last for years than me on this earth😁
Did not want another expensive Apple Watch. GARD Pro is the perfect answer. Only used it for a few days, but so far has everything I need. And easy to use.
I purchased this watch for my 90 year old mother who likes to monitor how many steps she does a day.
She isn’t very tech savvy but finds it very easy to use.
She now, also monitoring other activities like her sleep pattern.
She loved it and thinks it is a good buy for the cost.
Purchased this watch initially to notify my husband that I am calling him as he would never hear the phone but because he has several health issues, it has become somewhat of a lifesaver as it checks his oxygen levels regularly without having to use a separate oximeter and prompts him to move more. Every day he is challenging himself to get more steps in when before he used a separate app but would forget to set it.
Highly recommend this watch for anyone with health issues and/or somewhat technologically challenged as is the case with my husband.
